Congratulations to Justin Garner for winning the Solo Pro Series season opener with 26.98 lbs. Eric Olliverson in second with 19.23 lbs, followed by Dustin Lippe with 18.72 lbs, fourth was Jim Young, and finishing in the top five was Dustin Blevins. The day started out, after hooking up the trailer and seeing my left rear tire flat. Unhooked and replaced trucks and sent the trailer on its way. Changed the tire and got ready to hook up the boat for video footage and discovered the key to the lock was on the trailer keys heading south. Once we were set up and ready ready for registration I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the participation of 91 anglers in the field. The Solo Pro Crew want to thank everyone for coming out and competing today. 

The video crew was hampered a bit by the tire problem as well. We did get some good footage of anglers in their quest of the day. We also had a small mishap of not having the release boat which with the help of Tim Williams and his nephew Marshall and the Solo Pro Crew, we were able to get the fish to the lake.
