Table Rock Tournament Update

Posted by admin on June 1, 2020

Here is an update and the plan for the Table Rock Lake Tournament on Sunday June 7, 2020. We have experienced a lot of challenges to overcome and believe we can make this happen. During the last few weeks and months we have been handed challenges for the entire season, from the Covid-19 pandemic to a whole bunch of unexpected rain. The tournament will proceed as scheduled. However, some changes have had to be made. After talking with the Corps of Engineers, Missouri Department of Conservation, Port of Kimberling, the county Health Departments and others. We have a plan that will allow us to proceed with  this tournament.

1. We will have our registration trailer at Harter House Parking lot, in Kimberling City, on Saturday June 6, 2020 from 4 pm to 7 pm on and again at the same location on Sunday morning from 4:30 am - 6 am. All participants that have paid full entry need to call us and get checked in, all participants that have placed deposits will need to come to the registration trailer and settle the balance due or pay balance online. Anyone wanting to fish the tournament that needs to pay will need to come to registration.

2. This tournament will be a launch from any ramp you choose and lines can be in the water at 6 am. Ramps that are known to be okay to be used are Mill Creek, Moonshine Beach, State Park. Cow Creek,  and Aunts Creek. Others may be able to be used but are unknown to us at this time.

3. The weigh in will start at 3:30 pm at the First Baptist Church Ministry Center in Kimberling City. All participants must be at the weigh in site no later than 3:30. Anyone arriving after 3:30 will be penalized 1 lb per minute up to 10 minutes then disqualified. You can go online and see Google Maps Here is the link. More detailed instructions will be posted in coming days.

4. Some had questions in reference to dead fish penalty and trailered weigh in. Other circuits do this and have had little to no problem with this issue. It is up to you to keep your fish alive, G-Juice and cooling the water is your responsibility. Dead fish penalty will be in accordance our rules.

5. Tim Williams Lie Detection Service will be on hand at the weigh In.

We appreciate your understanding of the situation and believe this is the best way to overcome the  circumstances. If anyone has questions regarding these changes feel free to call us.
